Our dedicated support engineers hold the highest level accreditations and qualifications in the industry and are available for on-site repairs when needed. In addition, we hold spare parts and components locally for all our solutions, providing a simple swap service where necessary.

At VEGA, we provide our clients with a fault logging and inventory management Web-portal, to keep you in control. You can log in, at any time to monitor your call status and current inventory.

Our Video Helpdesk facility provides dedicated video conferencing support for a face-to-face call to resolve any issues. Alternatively, this facility can also be used remotely by clients, to set up a test call, to check their on site video conferencing system diagnostics.

We have main offices located near Gatwick and in central London with connected offices and partners across the UK and Europe offering 24/7 round the clock support. If we are unable to fix your issue remotely, we have local engineers who can travel to your site to address the problem.

With 22 offices located across 15 countries worldwide, VEGA are able to offer full Global support contracts. Centralised management ensures issues are facilitated through each time zone providing round the clock support cover.
