Vega Global, one of the leading system integrators and managed service providers for audiovisual and IT technologies, recently announced the restructuring of its senior leadership team in the European region.
The restructuring follows the appointment of Jeremy Kemp as Managing Director for Vega Europe. Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations throughout the region, Jeremy will focus on executing the brand’s broader goals and objectives of developing the core business growth and increasing market penetration, as well as developing new market opportunities throughout the region.
Mike Chan, who joined the team from Hong Kong, is appointed as the Technical Director and is in charge of developing further depth to the solution development in the region. Lucinda Faucheux has taken on the expanded responsibilities as the Operations Director and continues to manage both Supply Chain and Logistical departments. Rob Escott will continue his role as Projects Director to increase Vega Europe’s in-house capabilities for all aspects of technical installations. Hal Halil has taken up the mantle of Client Accounts Director and is responsible for all client account management and business development. Finally, Taj Akram joins the team as the Finance Director and will oversee all financial activities and reports on revenue.
“We recently welcomed Jeremy Kemp as Vega Europe’s new Managing Director. The restructuring and addition of Mike Chan to the team will further strengthen our operations as we foresee many changes and opportunities in the market as countries emerge from their current lockdown situations. The ‘back to work’ scenarios definitely need close and focused attention to ensure we are delivering on our clients’ needs,” said Matthew Deayton, Vega Global’s Deputy CEO.
The restructuring of new and existing roles within Vega Europe marks a significant milestone in the group’s moves to strengthen its leadership team.
Jeremy Kemp, Managing Director for Vega Europe, said, “The new leadership team includes a wealth of experience and expertise. These structural changes put us in great stead to make the most of the opportunities ahead, and ensure our clients across Europe are well placed to do the same.”
